"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful,
committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed,
it's the only thing that ever has."
by Margaret Mead (1902-1978)
Winning Together... Most homeowners living in residential communities, have heard of the Neighborhood Watch. This was created as a community crime prevention role, homeowners watching each others back, of suspicious looking individuals, vehicles not commonly seen in the community or property being vandalized and notifying their local police departments.
Homeowner Advocate Groups role are similar in nature to Neighborhood Watch, both are committed in protecting their communities by creating and cultivating homeowner partnerships to becoming community advocate groups within their communities. Always keeping vigilance on how their Board of Directors govern, to hold them accountable and liable when they become abusive or breach any of their powers and duties they were elected to serve for.
Don't Take On
Your HOA Alone
By creating unity with the majority of their fellow homeowners in a common cause to "Protect their Rights, Home and Community", homeowners never need to fear they are alone when going up against their Board. By homeowners maintaining a majority, they are able to take back their communities and have no need for legal assistance or to bare the legal cost. Remember, there are more homeowners than there are Board of Directors, there is strength behind numbers.
