Most Board of Directors do not know their state statutory statutory laws or fully understand their Homeowners Associations By-Laws and CC&R's. They rely heavily on their Property Management for advice or to make decisions, and believe their fellow homeowners have even less knowledge than they do.
It is very important and is to the homeowners advantage to know their state statues and HOA governing laws with any communication when dealing with their Board of Directors.
