Our mission since 2005, has been creating and cultivating partnerships with responsible homeowners, we have been providing winning services in assisting homeowners determine their options and providing all the necessary information needed to present to their Homeowners Association (HOA) Board of Directors with their issues. The Board of Directors are elected by their fellow homeowners and have  fiduciary duties and responsibilities to the homeowners and community 


Homeowners Advocate Group is a group of volunteer homeowners committed in the education and protection of their fellow homeowners "Rights, Homes and Communities". We provide counseling and unlimited support services at no charge to HOA homeowners.


We will show you how to start a community advocacy group,  by focusing the majority of homeowners efforts and banding them together as a group for the common cause of bettering your community environment. When this is accomplished, you will have taken your first step in taking back your community.


As a result of assisting homeowners, we have helped them in their resolve and in making the following changes within their HOA with no legal assistance or legal cost; on Architectural Guidelines, adding Amendments, removal of Board of Directors, replacing third party vendors i.e. Property Managements and Maintenance Company's.


We believe in the HOA concept, homeowners managing their own communities is good for maintaining the appearance of their homes, communities and property values, but always keeping the homeowners rights and protecting their investment is the utmost importance. 


We also believe in the partnership between Property Management Company's and the HOA's. Property Managements are certified professionals in assisting the Board of Directors manage their communities and have a fiduciary duty to both the association and the Board of directors. Their sole responsibility is administrative and managerial i.e. record keeping, finances and third party vendors... but the majority fall short and  believe they have no responsibilities to the homeowners, except to the Boards that hired them.
